Where do I get it?
How do I connect to Squick with it?
- Navigate to
Settings->Configure Quasselin the menubar. - Navigate to
IRC->Networksin the left pane, then click theAdd...button. - Enter a
Network nameofSquick, aServer addressofsquick.me, and aPortof6697. Leave the server password blank. - Tick the
Use secure connectioncheckbox, then pressOKto save and close. Squickwill now appear under the chat listing and in the menubar underFile->Networks. To get in, right-clickSquickin the chat listing and selectConnect.
How do I log into my Squick account with it?
- Navigate to
Settings->Configure Quasselin the menubar. - Navigate to
IRC->Networksin the left pane, then selectSquick. - In the
Auto Identifytab, tick theUse SASL Authenticationcheckbox. ForAccount, enter your main nickname (username), and forPassword, simply enter your account’s password. - Press
OKto save and close, then either restart Quassel or reconnect to Squick.
